This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications (the "Apps") published by Guidebee (James Shen) ("we", "us", or "our") on Google Play and other app stores. It explains what information the Apps may collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using the Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We designed our Apps to collect as little information as possible. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address unless you voluntarily provide it to us (for example, by contacting us for support).
Depending on the App, the following information may be processed:
- Information you provide: content you enter into an App is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us unless the App clearly states otherwise.
- Device and usage information: non-personal technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, and general usage statistics, which help us fix bugs and improve the Apps.
- Advertising identifiers: if an App displays ads, the advertising provider may use your device's advertising ID to show ads and measure their performance.
- Location: some Apps (for example, map or navigation apps) may request access to your device location to provide their core features. Location data is used on your device for that purpose only and is not sold or shared with us, except as processed by the third-party services listed below.
2. Device Permissions
Apps may request Android permissions (such as internet access, location, camera, or storage) only when needed for a specific feature. You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in your device's settings. Declining a permission may limit certain features but will not otherwise affect your use of the App.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Apps' features.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance.
- To understand how the Apps are used so we can improve them.
- To display advertising in ad-supported Apps.
- To respond to your questions or support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services

- With the third-party service providers described above, to operate the Apps.

- To protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored locally by an App remains on your device and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Information collected by third-party services is retained according to their policies. If you have contacted us, you may ask us to delete any information you sent us by emailing the address below; we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS) where data is transmitted. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of personalized advertising. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
